A petition is hereby made by the undersigned requesting that a Hearing Officer issue an order finding the violator(s) guilty of a continuing violation and assessing continuing penalties pursuant to Code Section 8CC-4(c), based upon the length of time the violation continued to exist beyond the applicable date of compliance as set forth above. As provided in Section 8CC-4(c), the continuing penalties imposed for this violation shall not exceed twenty times the original penalty amount of the UCVN.
